UPGRADE
We are upgrading 1,100
student residences.
This includes Calslaan Oud, Campuslaan Hoog, and the Pyramids & Mastabas on Witbreuksweg and Matenweg. The residential buildings need large-scale maintenance and renovation. The Campus Upgrade started in 2024 and is expected to last 5 years. The renovations require temporary relocation. We will guide tenants through this process step by step.
Residential buildings
Calslaan Oud
The seven residential buildings on Calslaan Oud consist of 240 student rooms.
Campuslaan Hoog
The three residential buildings on Campuslaan Hoog consist of 205 student rooms.
Piramides and Mastaba’s
The fourteen residential buildings Pyramides and Mastabas consist on 679 student rooms.
