Send your request to info@upgradecampusut.nl and we will arrange it for you. If you send a copy of your proof of identity along with this request, we can be sure that the request has actually been made by you. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN).
Do you have a complaint? Then you can submit it to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
