Piramides and Mastaba’s

The seven Piramides and seven Mastaba’s contain a total of 679 student residences. Ons Verbond is expected to start work in the first residential building in March 2026. The Piramides and Mastaba’s are residential buildings that are classed as monuments. These buildings will be made future-proof while maintaining their appearance. This means that the buildings will be insulated on the inside. Where something is in need of replacing, the original beauty will be restored as far as possible. Trebbe and Dura Vermeer will carry out the work on behalf of Ons Verbond. The tenants will follow the same roadmap as described in Planning and Roadmap.
