Campuslaan Hoog

205 student rooms

Campuslaan Hoog (Campuslaan 21–31, 45–51 and 59–65) consists of three residential buildings with a total of 205 student rooms. These buildings are being comprehensively modernised, both inside and out.

Externally, the façades will be repaired, new white PVC window frames will be installed, and the buildings will be restored to their original colour. Internally, the technical installations are being upgraded: piping is being replaced and kitchens, showers and toilets are being fully modernised. In addition, mechanical ventilation is being installed to improve the indoor climate.

Living comfort in the rooms is also being enhanced. Rooms along the exterior façade will receive an additional internal wall to improve insulation and comfort. Furthermore, each room will be fitted with a fixed lighting point.

In October 2025, Dura Vermeer, on behalf of Ons Verbond, started the Upgrade of residential building Groen. The works on this building have now been completed, and the Upgrade of Campuslaan Hoog Geel is currently in progress.

Once building Geel is completed, Dura Vermeer will continue with building Blauw. Students will follow the same steps as outlined in the planning and roadmap.
