The first students have returned to their renewed home on campus! The pilot phase of the Campus Upgrade has been completed. On Thursday, November 28, they were given a walkthrough in the upgraded building and symbolically handed back the key to their renewed home. The students were warmly welcomed with a ‘Welcome Home’ gift, along with drinks and snacks. The reactions to the upgrade were very positive.
Friday, November 29, marked moving day. With the help of a moving shuttle, extra hands, and practical tools, the process went smoothly. The tenants had the entire weekend to set up their rooms and make the building their own again.
The renovation of Calslaan Oud 5 represents a significant milestone in the Campus Upgrade. We look forward to the next phases!
