Pyramides and Mastabas

The seven Pyramides and seven Mastabas contain a total of 679
student residences. Plans for the upgrade of the Pyramids and
Mastabas are currently being developed. Trebbe will carry out
the work on behalf of Ons Verbond.

What are we working on right now?
We are in the preparation phase. Because the Pyramids and Mastabas
are monumental buildings, careful planning is required. Based on the inspections and feedback of the tenants, we will create an action plan.
This plan will be reviewed by the Monuments Committee.

What’s the next step?
In the first quarter of 2026, more information about the planning will be available. As soon as our action plan is approved and the planning is clear,
we will inform the students. Veste Wonen and Ons Verbond | Trebbe will explain during the Roomchat which work will be carried out, where it will
take place, and when we will start exactly. Students will receive an
invitation for the Roomchat. The upgrade of the first residential building
is expected to begin in October 2026
