Campuslaan Hoog

205 student rooms

Campuslaan Hoog (Campuslaan 21-31, 45-51 and 59-65) consists of
three residential buildings with 205 student rooms. In October 2025 is
Ons Verbond Dura Vermeer began the Upgrade of Building Green.
The buildings are being upgraded both inside and outsite. On the outside, the façades are being repaired, new white PVC window frames are being installed, and the buildings will be restored to their original colour. Inside, we are replacing the pipework and renewing the kitchens, showers and toilets. Mechanical ventilation is also being installed to improve the indoor climate. Rooms located along the exterior wall will receive an additional inner wall to increase comfort. In addition, every room will be fitted with a fixed light point.

Once Building Green is completed, DV will continue with Building Yellow and finally Building Blue. The tenants will follow the same roadmap as described in Planning and Roadmap.
