The renovation works at Calslaan 13 are making great progress. In the penthouse, the finishing phase is well underway: the exterior walls have been insulated and neatly finished, painting has started, and the bathroom has been fully tiled. The new kitchen and radiator have also already been installed.
Work on the other floors is continuing as well. This includes installing the Isowall partitions, building new storage cabinets, and replacing window frames. Step by step, the building is really starting to take shape as completion comes closer.
